We are pleased to announce that GoGreywater is teaming with the Tuolumne County Association of Realtors, Tuolumne County Chamber of Commerce, Tuolumne County Business Council, Tuolumne County Building Industry Association, Master Gardeners and others to provide two full days of presentations, vendors, information and instruction to help our community be more resilient to drought and to make our water supply more reliable; drought or not!
Click here for the Water Use Efficient Community, Conference Program 9-25-14, and more information will be posted as the date gets closer! A more detailed description of the presentations and training can be downloaded by clicking here.
The water that goes down your bathroom sink, laundry sink and shower drains, and washing machine drain are considered “greywater”. If this greywater is collected and distributed properly (in compliance with laws and codes) through piping and irrigation systems, it can be reused to water lawns, plants, trees and (non-root) vegetable gardens.
